Ibufood Group’s dry based instant noodle better known as Mi Goreng variant, has been the category leader over the decades. The Group continued to invest in its IBUMIE brand to gain market share in the instant noodle segment by the introduction of new offerings.

In 2010, IBUMIE rolled out a new product line, Mee Baa..gus, carrying three new soup flavours – Curry, Soto Chicken and Onion Chicken. A new range of Home Recipe noodles with no added preservatives and no colouring was also launched to garner more market share.

Ibufood Group’s premium quality blended seasoning-powder, seasoning-oil, sauces, mayonnaise, speciality spices, soup, soup stocks and marinades under the brand TELLY continue to be a strong player in the food seasoning segment. Its major customers comprise instant noodles and snack manufacturers, hotels and restaurants.

Ibufood Group continues to invest in state-of-the-art production and packaging systems which conform to international food hygiene regulations. To streamline production operations and reduce wastage, the manufacturing facilities located in Bangi, Selangor and Sibu, Sarawak were relocated to a new manufacturing plant located in Semenyih, Selangor in April 2010.
