The Group provides employment to about 571 people. Believing that our human capital is fundamental to our further growth and success, we provide relevant training to upgrade the existing skills of our employees. The Group also provides a safe and healthy workplace for its employees. The employees are encouraged and supported in the area of community involvement, especially in the area of education. We continuously assist undergraduates from various universities to undergo their practical training.

The Group is committed to sound business practices and corporate governance. We are supportive of our suppliers, distributors and customers. We place great emphasis on the environment we operate in and adopts industry best practices when developing and delivering the Group's products and services. These include the implementation of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and ISO 9001-2000 System to ensure conformance and compliance with local and international standards.

On the social development front, the Group has also contributed to social causes which include orphanages and senior citizen homes.
